Our client is a cutting edge mobile telecoms development company, due to continued success and growth they are currently looking for software engineers with 3yrs+ experience with a relevant degree to be part of their development teams.

Candidates will have a working knowledge of some of the following:

UMTS L1, L2, L3/4 (HSPA) protocol experience
UMTS L1 Radio Interface, measurements, transport channel processing
Wimax L1, L2, L3 protocol experience (R1, R3, R4, R6, R8 interfaces + RRM, HO algorithms)
Wimax Network Protocols experience including SSP, BTS, ASN & CSN
RTOS experience - (ThreadX, OSE preferable), time critical applications
Device driver experience - USB, Ethernet, SDIO, PCI X, DPRAM, DMA
Strong telecoms knowledge. TCP/IP, VoIP experience also useful
Strong C/C++ (required), SDL (preferable), UML
